Yorkies do not eat much. Plain food with a sufficient amount of vitamins and microelements is preferable. Yorkshire Terriers can experience digestion problems. That is why they need a thoroughly planned diet. It will also help to keep the coat brilliant.

Yorkshire Terriers are intelligent dogs that are easy to train. The problem is that their diminutive size makes everybody admire and spoil them. Although Yorkies are not working or hunting dogs, some obedience training is indispensable. Yorkshire Terriers tend to bark a lot and appear to be obstinate if not trained at an early age.
